Bookings
Reservations must be made by adults over 18 years of age. When placing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a rental agreement.
Rates
Prices shown at the time of booking include property rental and the services described on the listing, unless otherwise specified (such as tourist tax or optional extras). Prices may vary depending on availability, season, promotional offers or special conditions.
Payment
A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the deadline indicated during the booking process. Payments are processed securely through our online booking system.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the chosen rate (standard or non-refundable) and are clearly displayed before confirming your reservation. The chosen policy applies to any cancellation, modification or no-show.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are indicated on the listing and may vary by property. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Number of guests
Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests are only allowed with prior approval.
House rules
Guests must respect the house rules listed on the property page and inside the accommodation. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Security and damages
Guests are required to take reasonable care of the property, furnishings and equipment. Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the guest, including through the security deposit or payment card on file.
Personal belongings
Mediterranean Holiday Homes is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Use of the property
The property may only be used for residential tourism purposes. Parties, events or commercial use are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing.
Pets
Pets are only allowed if stated in the listing or agreed in advance.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or modifications caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are available on our website.
Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
